The Trainer 3 kit has recently been redesigned by athletic trainers at a top university. This larger bag size makes it easy to organize everything you will need for most sports or sporting events. Check out the image of the bag to see how much it holds. The only difference between our Trainer 3 and 4 is the difference of the internal divider systems.
